Policies and Procedures
Exchange Policy
Any merchandise purchased from Glitz & Ears can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase
WITH YOUR RECEIPT as long as none of the merchandise is worn, damaged or broken! We exchange any
unwashed, unworn, or undamaged merchandise ONLY with a copy of the original receipt. All our sale items
are final sale. If a customer tries to return or exchange an item that is broken, we will try our best to fix the item
for them, or take it in for repair for the customer if we feel it can be salvaged. We are not responsible for a
customers' damaged items, we do not sell it to you that way.
Gift certificates are not returnable, except where required by applicable law. Return policies are necessary in
every retail establishment in order to provide consistent and fair service to all Customers.
Layaway Policy:
A customer may put an item or group of items on Lay-away, as long as they put down a minimum payment of
20% of their total after tax. Layaway's will only be held for a total of 30 days from the original layaway date. After
30 days, you are required to either pick up the layaway, or make another payment towards it. If after your
layaway has been on hold for for 14 days and you do not want something that is in your layaway, we charge a
20% RE-STOCKING FEE.
Online Orders:
You will receive your receipt with your products. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to
finalize your order before it is placed.
Shipping charges are not included. We will calculate your shipping costs before we finalize your purchase, and
contact you direct. You may also pick up your items in the store. We will ship your items immediately.
Canceling Orders:
You must call us immediately because we will have your order processed and on the way to you today! If you
need to cancel for any reason, please contact us right away.
